Life before Wegener's

Just a few shots to remind me where I came from and where I wanna go back to. I live in an amazing place that screams to be enjoyed, and I fully intend on getting out there again and enjoying it to its fullest with my beautiful family and friends. So look out mountains, here I come.

Marmot Basin with Kirkeslin in the back. My playground.

Golfing in the Okanogan. I only look happy cuz I haven't swung yet.

Just had a good road ride in Penticton
(see my chariot in the back and the bike tan on my arms?)

Hiking with Bunny. Short hike behind my house.
I love living in the mountains.

An afternoon with dad at Lake Edith. I'll explain the colours of the water to you in person.
You just gotta get yourself up here first.

A geek skiing down Geikie Street at Marmot. The bumps feel bigger underfoot.

An Olympic Gold Medalist and a wanna be.
Jen Heil and me at the hill. She's holding the medal and I'm holding the autograph.

A pregnant woman, a black dog and a mountan bike
(6 months preggers - me, not the dog)

Our best family portrait - Playa Del Carmen.... ooooh Playa!!!

My two favourite people on this entire planet.

Preggers again - Hana (in my belly) and I enjoying the view at Marmot.

booooo, Wegener's

Yeeaaaah, remission!!!!!

And if you really wanna get a good laugh, here's a video done at least ten years ago, probably more, where I'd been skiing only a couple of years - three at most when I look at the skis and the outfit (that was my second pair of skis and I had my first for only a year) and I've been dubbed over in French. So this is what I look like as a duffer who speaks en Francais. I'm the geek in the white pants by the way. Check out the ski tip cam - cool!
